Returns-Replacements

For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the email address (e-mail) “info@adamkosmima.gr” notifying us the reason for return or replacement and completing Contact Phone. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return parcel. Alternatively you can contact us at 2610 277734 (Branch Hours).

Return conditions:
1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly – in a larger box – so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons:

WRONG SHIPPING PRODUCT

In those cases in which with a proven fault of “adamkosmima.gr” products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order you can return the products. The return of the product is free from all over Greece.

PRODUCT MANUFACTURE DEFECT

In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. PRODUCT CHANGE

In cases you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact customer service directly at 2610 277734. In case the product is defective, you can return it within 14 days (once per order), always after consultation with customer service 2610 277734 (Hours Branches) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate.

WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only in case the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date stated on the purchase receipt. The return of the product should be done by whichever courier you wish and the cost of the return is borne by the customer. Refunds are made for the purchase of the product that has been made in cash (cash on delivery), credit card or via Paypal. Your refund process will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products, which have been purchased from the online store “adamkosmima.gr” can be changed or returned to our physical stores (41 Patreos, Patra), always by appointment by phone at 2610 277734 (Store Hours).
